Benchmark Abrasives 1-1/8″ x 6″ spade bits are specifically engineered for woodworkers, fabricators, and DIY enthusiasts. They are constructed from heat-treated high-speed steel, precision ground out of a solid piece for accurate, precise holes in wood applications.
A central cutting point self-centers the bit and provides fast starts and the double cutting flutes eliminate splintering while drilling holes. These bits also feature a cavity and fisheye hole making removal of debris and plugs a breeze. The quick-change hex shank can be used in power drills as well as impact drivers for added torque.
