MODEL 427 | 3/4″ OFFSET HUNG FLOOR CLOSERS
The Norton Rixson 427 Series is a 3/4″ offset-hung floor closer designed for deep reveal door frame installation on interior or exterior doors weighing up to 250 lbs.

- 180 x 102 top pivot included
- 119 intermediate pivots required (order separately)
- Torx (Security screws). Only provided for screws visible. (order separately)
- Available non-hold open (N) or selective hold open (S) at same degree as dead stop
- Built-in positive dead stop prevents doors from swinging beyond the desired opening degree; specify 85°, 90°, 95° or 105°
- Separate independent valves for closing speed, latch speed, and backcheck
- Vertical door adjustment
- Available with floor plate or threshold installation
- Cycolac, rust-proof cement case
- Doors 60″ (1524mm) to 90″ (2286mm) in height should use one intermediate pivot – each additional 30″ (762mm) warrants another intermediate pivot
- Deep reveal/alcove applications
- Door width up to 4 0″ (1219mm)
- The door weighs up to 250lbs.
