Single cartridge design has advanced protection including a .20 micron* pharmaceutical-grade membrane that removes particles .20 micron in size and larger with reduction in lead, VOCs, TTHMs and MTBE. Provides filtration protection against off tastes and odors (including aesthetic chlorine and chloramines), cloudiness, rust, cysts (including Cyrptosporidium and Giardia), asbestos, bacteria, lime scale and bacteriostatic control.
